Hybrid Sales Representative/Delivery Station

Sasquatch Brewery / New West Cider is looking for the right person to represent our brand and continue our growth! This is a full time position. This position will be responsible for executing daily sales and fulfilling delivery routes. The ideal candidate would bring a love of craft beer as well as a familiarity with the world of craft cider to the Portland metro area.

Minimum requirements

  • Motivated and able to work independently but also in a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills; professional, informative and friendly
  • Computer skills including online forms, Excel, wholesale portals
  • Able to lift up to 55 pounds steadily and over 150 pounds of drums in and out of delivery vehicle
  • Ability to organize your day and good time management
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends or as needed for tastings, etc.
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be over 21
  • Able to drive larger delivery vehicles – no CDL required

Compensation

  • DOE base salary + commission and vehicle allowance
  • Power take-off package: sick time, holidays, public holidays

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Represent Sasquatch Brewery & New West Cider as onsite/offsite sales representative
  • Deliver beer and cider, crates and kegs to on-site or take-out accounts
  • Communicate with accounts, new releases, special offers, and more.
  • Merchandise offsite accounts as necessary to ensure consistent storage space
  • Develop and expand our customer base in a given territory to help grow the brand
  • In-person visits to onsite/offsite accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to track inventory and stockouts
  • This position reports directly to the General Manager and Director of Operations
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of craft cider and craft beer
  • Create targeted routes to effectively view current customers as well as cold calls
