About Us: At Station 26 Brewing Co., we love beer – all kinds of beer. Light, dark, hoppy – there’s a time and a place for them all. We love beer so much that we started making it in an old fire station in Denver from the 60s. In addition to the Tavern, our beers are available in kegs, cans and bottles throughout the Front Range line. And now our growing, award-winning brewery is looking for a creative individual to join our leadership team as Marketing + Events Manager.

About the position: The Station 26 Marketing + Events Manager is responsible for overseeing all of the brewery’s branding and marketing operations, including social media, photography, online presence management, product design and buying. merchandise, and working with our off-site designer on graphics and promotional material for all. marketing needs of the brewery. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing and brand management, is detail-oriented, can exercise judgment and work independently, and most importantly can embody the voice and brand identity of the brewery. This position works closely with the Tasting Room Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Team and Brewery Staff, but will report directly to the Founder + President. Although this position is partially remote, applicants must be able to work the majority of their role onsite in our Denver taproom.

Wage scale: $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience



  • Daily social media management including Instagram and Facebook

  • Management of online presence, including constant maintenance of online mailing list, blog page, updates and FAQs

  • Create content for, create and distribute a monthly newsletter to the mailing list; create content for, build and maintain a blog

  • Execute new beer releases and manage consumer communications regarding new releases

  • Work closely with off-site designer on can labels, promotional materials and other graphic design work for various projects

  • Carry out graphic design work in-house

  • Oversee key supplier partnerships

  • Conceptualize new merchandise and work with vendors on design, procurement and promotion and build and oversee a robust and dynamic merchandise line

  • Manage/plan/execute/equip off-site events including beer festivals

  • Meet with the brewery team weekly regarding the production schedule for label design and ordering

  • Budget, plan and execute advertising campaigns

  • Support the sales team with materials and event support, as well as collaborate with the sales team for onsite and offsite programming

  • Manage media relations for the brewery, including press releases and managing interviews and media presence

  • Work closely with Taproom Manager to ensure Station 26 brand standards are maintained in the taproom as well as partner with Taproom Manager to plan and execute events in the taproom

  • Oversee the budget and inventory of the marketing department in collaboration with our controller

  • Be a brand representative in the community that represents Station 26 with high standards

  • Have a vision for the growth of the Station 26 brand

  • Participate in the Station 26 management team

  • Assist the Station 26 team as needed with special projects


  • Passion for good beer

  • Experience in marketing, communications, brand management required, experience in event planning an asset

  • Marketing degree, communications preferred (not sure if we still prefer it, but I think it would allow us to have a better pool of candidates)

  • Excellent understanding of how to promote a brand in a crowded market

  • Favorite craft beer marketing experience

  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign preferred

  • Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to be forward thinking and market driven

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Very strong organizational and communication skills, unfailing reliability and constant follow-up

  • The desire to work in a dynamic and growing company

  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
