Brewers Association statement on Charlie Papazian exit

Boulder, Colorado. – As Founder and Past President Charlie Papazian turns 70 and officially leaves the Brewers Association on Wednesday, January 23, Bob Pease, President and CEO of the Brewers Association, released the following statement:

“We wouldn’t be where we are today without Charlie Papazian. Armed with a vision, a mission and a passion to succeed, Charlie has turned his love of homebrewing into a community and culture that has had profound implications for so many, both personally and professionally. His contributions are indelible and countless, and his legacy lives on as the Brewers Association continues to serve the community that Charlie helped create. Kudos to Charlie as he takes the next steps on his never-ending journey of living and learning.
