Hardee’s and a brewery create a Strawberry Biscuit Ale

DALLAS (KDAF) — Fast food breakfast is one of those things where people have unspoken favorites, McDonalds, Burger King, Hardee’s and others. Who knew that a new brew would be born from a staple of one of these fast food joints?

If you frequent Hardee’s during their breakfast hours, you most likely dine on their cookies quite frequently and now they’re teaming up with a Tennessee brewery to make a beer in honor of their Made From Scratch cookies.

In honor of National Cookie Month, Hardee’s and Nashville’s Southern Grist Brewing will turn their cookies into liquid gold. Imagine this for your taste buds, Strawberry Biscuit Ale.

“Infused with 200 pounds of crackers perfected over decades, this full-bodied cream beer incorporates delicious notes of strawberry jam and buttermilk.
