Sheboygan’s hometown brewer, 3 Sheeps Brewing Company, will bring back their fan-favorite beer, “Double Barrel Wolf,” on Saturday, October 15 at 11 a.m. in the dining room at 3 Sheeps Brewing Company.
Each year, 3 Sheeps releases a special brew called “The Wolf”, which the brewery describes as “a wonderful blend of warm bourbon, roasted notes of dark chocolate and coffee, plus flavors of vanilla, caramel and marshmallow. grilled”. This year, The Wolf was aged in two separate barrels to create increased scale and flavor for this stout beer. According to Grant Pauly, brewmaster and co-founder of 3 Sheeps Brewing Co., “When you put a beer like The Wolf in one barrel, or in this case two, expecting what it will be like when it comes out, sometimes it’s exactly what you imagined, and sometimes it’s not.This time we ended up with an even better beer than we expected.
