The Milwaukee Brewing Company is for sale.
MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee Brewing Company is seeking potential buyers for its downtown brewery and tavern, as well as intellectual property, a press release said Friday.
The brewery, founded in 1997, has grown from its beginnings as a well-known Milwaukee riverside tavern and, more than a decade later, has tapped the first beer at its location in the 2nd street. The Milwaukee Brewing Company’s main production facility on 9th Street now features a large-scale, state-of-the-art microbrewery near the Fiserv Forum.
The bidding process begins this month and focuses on “finding a strategic buyer for the assets and operation.”

Miller High Life Theatre, partnership with the Pabst Theater Group
The Wisconsin Center District Board of Directors has approved a five-year agreement in which the Pabst Theater Group will serve as the exclusive booker and operator for paid public entertainment events held at the Miller High Life Theater.
