Tonight, Anna City Council approved a lease and incentive agreement with 3 Nations Brewing Company to occupy the former City of Anna Police and Finance Building at 101 S. Powell Pkwy. 3 Nations Brewing will soon begin renovating the 5,580 square foot building with plans to open in early summer.
Anna Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and Anna Community Development Corporation (CDC) are delighted to welcome 3 Nations Brewing Company to Anna. The staff have been in discussion with the brewery for over a year. The opening of the Anna Municipal Complex moved the Anna Police Department and Finance Department, freeing up the other facility for rental at the brewery.
“We are thrilled to open in Anna and contribute to the revitalization of downtown,” said John Royer, Managing Partner of 3 Nations. “We are grateful to the city for their full support and look forward to opening very soon.”
Anna’s EDC and CDC staff also echoed the excitement of this new venture for Anna.
“From the start, we knew 3 Nations was the right fit for Anna and we share the same vision for Downtown,” said Director of Economic Development Joey Grisham. “We believe the presence of 3 Nations will attract additional business and help take downtown Anna to a whole new level, especially with the advent of the new municipal complex and future library project.
