Cheers to nine years of the Boston brewing giant with a four-course menu in Canton.
The tables are set in Canton to celebrate Trillium Brewing Company’s nine years. Trillium Brewery
In 2013, you may never have heard the words “hazy IPA” strung together. This lush, flavorful style of beer is ubiquitous these days, and much more has changed since then in the beer landscape as well. Boston’s own Trillium Brewing Company was at the forefront. On March 25, Trillium is hosting a special dinner at its Canton restaurant to mark nine years of beer innovation and memorable moments.
Today, with visitable taprooms in Fort Point, Fenway, and Canton, as well as a seasonal beer garden on the Greenway and a developing estate brewery on Connecticut farmland, Trillium is one of the largest craft beer names. It’s regularly named in conversations about the world’s best breweries, and its locations are worthy of a destination for beer connoisseurs and the curious. For Team Trillium, the goal has always been to create welcoming spaces where people can come together to share unforgettable beers and food, they say – and this month’s anniversary dinner fulfills that mission.
The anniversary weekend begins on Friday March 25 in Canton and continues on Saturday March 26 with an already full dinner in Fort Point. Both events feature unique four-course menus crafted by the on-site culinary team, featuring produce from Trillium’s Connecticut farm as well as high-quality meat and seafood; paired with separate beers for each course.
Stay tuned for menu details, but you can still expect a few surprises. Attendees will be among the first to sample an all-new entry in Trillium’s Habitat series of spontaneously fermented beers. Everyone will also leave with a special gift box.
Tickets went on sale the evening of February 28, and Fort Point sold out the following morning. Fans will therefore want to reserve their seats in Canton now. Tickets for the four-course menu with beer are $150 plus taxes and fees, for a total of $200.54.
