In response to the Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the U.S. Economy and the subsequent Treasury Department Report on Competition in the Beer, Wine, and Spirits Markets, the Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the Federal Register and Seek Public Comment on TTB’s Business Practices Regulations Relating to the Law’s Prohibitions of Exclusive Selling, Tied House, Commercial Bribery and Consignment Selling Federal Liquor Administration.
